Mike Pagan

Attorney at Law

Mike has focused his 20 plus years of practice defending clients in complex litigation including toxic tort, product liability, breach of warranty, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases. He has conducted more than a thousand depositions in over thirty states throughout the country, been first or second chair at multiple jury trials, and has been first chair at dozens of binding arbitrations. Mike combines his vast array of experience with the relationships he has built to obtain the best results for the firm’s various clients.

Mike graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Louis University in 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. He then attended St. Louis University School of Law and graduated in 2003, after being Executive Vice-President of the St. Louis University School of Law Public Law Review.

Mike and his wife Brooke have two children, TJ and Emily, and they enjoy spending most of their free time attending soccer, track, and football games, and attending Emily’s violin recitals. Mike has also been a proud member of the St. Louis St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee.
